From research to a booked meeting in 14 days

Here is what one account goes through after you describe your ideal customer. You approve the sequence once. Follow-ups, reply sorting and booking run on their own.

  1. Day 0, research

    Harborline Freight Brief ready
    Sells
    Regional freight forwarding
    Decides
    VP Operations
    Signal
    Two open dispatcher roles
    Why now
    New cross-dock in Savannah

OutreachAuto reads the company's public website and signals such as open roles and news. Then it writes a short account brief: what they sell, who decides and why your offer matters to them now.

  2. Day 0, first email

    ToVP Operations, Harborline Freight
SubjectA thought on the Savannah cross-dock

    Hi {first name},

    Saw your new Savannah cross-dock.

Two open dispatcher roles usually mean the floor is busier than the plan. We help forwarders keep dispatch on schedule without adding headcount.

Worth a short call next week?

    09:40, recipient time 18 of 40 today

The first email opens with a line about their business, not a template greeting. It goes out from your own inbox, in the recipient's business hours and within that inbox's daily limit.

  3. Day 3, follow-up

    Step 2, follow-up Day 3
    VP Operations, Harborline Sent
    Head of Logistics, NorthlineSkipped, replied
    Dispatch Lead, BluewaterSkipped, bounced
    COO, RidgewaySkipped, unsubscribed

A short follow-up adds one new reason to reply. If the contact has already replied, bounced or unsubscribed, the step does not send.

  4. Day 7, LinkedIn task

LinkedIn tasks, today 1 of 2 done
    View profile, VP Operations
    Send connection note

    Hi {first name}, Savannah opening

    Copy

Your rep gets a task to view the profile and send a connection note that is already written. No bot logs into LinkedIn, so the account stays safe.

  5. Day 14, break-up email

    Sequence, Ops Manager Paused
    Day 0 Day 3 Day 7 Day 14
Out of office until 12 May
    Resumes 13 May, 09:40

A polite last email closes the loop and leaves the door open. An out-of-office reply pauses the sequence, which resumes after the return date.

  6. The reply, sorted

    Replies 6 new
    VP Operations, HarborlineMeeting request
    Head of Logistics, NorthlineInterested
    Dispatch Lead, BluewaterNot now
    COO, RidgewayWrong person, referral
    Ops Manager, KeystoneOut of office
    Lena FischerUnsubscribe

Every reply gets a label: interested, meeting request, not now, wrong person with a referral, unsubscribe or out of office. Each label comes with a suggested answer you can send as is or edit.

  7. The meeting, booked

    Thursday 10:30

    Intro call, 30 minutes

    VP Operations, Harborline Freight

Interested replies get your booking link and proposed times. The booked meeting lands in your calendar and your CRM with the full thread attached.

Questions buyers ask before they start

Will this burn my domain?

OutreachAuto sends only from inboxes you connect, warms them up, keeps each inbox under a daily sending limit, rotates between inboxes and stops a sequence on a bounce or reply. It also checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first send. Many teams send cold email from a separate domain to protect their main one, and the setup guide shows how.

Will my LinkedIn account get restricted?

No bot logs into your LinkedIn account. Your rep gets a daily list of tasks with messages already written and sends them by hand, which keeps the account safe.

Is cold email legal?

B2B cold email is legal in most markets when you follow the rules. Every campaign email has an unsubscribe link and header, opt-outs go to one suppression list for the whole account, and OutreachAuto sends to business contacts only. Read the details on our cold email compliance page.

Which inboxes can I connect?

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and any inbox that supports SMTP and IMAP. Your campaigns always go out from your own addresses, never from ours.

How personal are the emails?

Each first line comes from a brief about that company, written from its public website and signals. The demo above writes a first email from your own offer for an illustrative example company, so you can judge the writing for yourself before you create an account.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month and yearly plans at the end of the paid year. You can export your contacts, sequences and activity before you go.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your contacts, emails and replies belong to your workspace. We process them only to run your campaigns, and you can delete them at any time.

Put your outreach on autopilot

Enter your website and ideal customer. In about a minute you see your offer analysis, your ICP, the first matching company and the first email written for it.

AI outbound automation that runs from your own inboxes

Outbound used to mean a stack of tools and an SDR who spent most of the day on lists and research. OutreachAuto runs that whole loop as one AI SDR. It builds the account list, writes the brief, personalises the email, sends the sequence, handles follow-up, sorts replies and books the meeting. Your team spends its time with prospects who are already interested.

It is also cold email software built for deliverability, with email warmup included, and a LinkedIn automation tool that never touches your login. If you are weighing a hire against software, read AI SDR vs human SDR.
